I believe that no one runs fast on accident, and the key to getting to the next level is a training plan you believe in.
My coaching service is unique in that the advice and training I give to you, I am also giving to myself. As a self-coached athlete, I have the motivation to constantly research and improve my training philosophy far more than a typical coach who is not currently competing at the highest level. It is my goal to share the knowledge I have gained through my meticulous research of world record holders and their training in order to help you become the best runner you can be.
PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLANS
As your coach, the main service I will provide is a detailed training plan that covers the in's an out's of running. Everything from the length of an easy run to the number of intervals to do in your workout will be included. These training plans will be given to you on a weekly basis and provide daily running details customized to your personal needs.
Not only am I a coach, but I'm also an athlete that has trained under many coaches. Learning from them, I know that the athlete and coach need to be able to communicate with each other comfortably as things come up without warning. Being in constant communication with my athletes will help us grow our relationship so I can help you become a better runner.
An important aspect of training is of course racing! Very few things drive motivation in training like marking your calendar for a race down the road. I like to think of a race as the celebration of the work you have done and fitness you have gained in the preceding months. Together we will set a goal, and then I'll design a plan to help you get to where you want to be.
